At the other hand, the principal challenge is to sift the wheat out of the chaff. To surface you’ll need to work harder to recruit the best talent for your project.

Specialized Marketplaces

Others are smaller niche platforms such as 99designs, Toptal, QuiGig-recruit now, Matchist and more. Many sites provide a better product because they invest heavily in hiring top talent for their services, as well as value-added features of the website. This makes attracting top talent quick. One significant drawback is that they also cost more.

Portfolio Sites
